Bright minds think alike

Make a quick buck; get the management title and that fancy corner office! This is what success looked like to young talents in the ‘80s. Did they do what seemed safe or did they do what felt right? Nowadays they have a large house, a company car and expensive toys, but most of them wished they had done things differently. A lot of baby boomers left their passion behind on the road to “success”. Sadly money and status cannot buy you a second chance at choosing your first job. We, the servant leaders of Bright society, will like to change that. It’s time to put your sunglasses on – because Bright people are all around us.

Whatever labels you put on them, the new generation is changing the way people work and think. They’re likely to be the most educated generation in the history of all mankind (and women). They grew up with technology in their daily lives and are pushing boundaries all the time. Young people these days are multitasking, multicultural, entrepreneurial and more liberal + less religious than the previous generations. Are you one of them?
