Take the lead! (3rd year package)

The start of your 3rd year is a good time to look back and ahead. In the past two years, you have developed yourself in several areas. You have discovered what it is like to work in the industry and what you might run into. Your content knowledge has deepened. In addition, you have progressed in your own personal development through training, coaching and assessments. Slowly but surely, it is time to start looking ahead to where you want to land after the Bright Society programme.

As in previous years, this year we will work on your personal development and you will increasingly take ownership. We will go deeper into your current work and leadership style, what kind of development you have gone through in the past two years? And are there still themes in which you want to look deeper, such as management styles, or what type of organisation suits you? This year, we will complete your package of tests based on Quinn's well-known competitive value model, so that at the end of your programme, you will have a beautiful and complete picture of yourself, based on scientifically substantiated test material.

In the third year, we will further facilitate your development from Bright member to Bright fellow. We continue to discuss your personal development. How can your manager and the manager of the Bright institute support you in this. After 9 months or so, the three of us will talk again and come to a smooth transition from the programme to the place of your passion.


Your coaches

Lonneke Ploum, manager Bright institute, is an experienced manager and coach. She has studied Human Resource Management and Organization Studies. She worked for more than ten years for several organizations and in different leadership roles. Personal development runs like a thread through her entire career. She is trained as a professional coach and certified to interpret and analyze assessments.

Mandy Land is an experienced coach. She has studied Clinical and Social & Organizational Psychology and working for 25 years as consultant and coach for different (international) companies. Stimulating people to (re)discover and use their own possibilities, achieving awareness, thinking with a critical mindset, searching together for development opportunities and creating growth while the other maintains the direction and makes his own choices, is what energises Mandy. As a coach, she focuses on strengthening personal effectiveness and personal leadership.
