Inspiration Sessions
Outdoor leadership challenge; lead and follow with courage
Training overview
Leadership isn’t just about taking charge—it’s also about knowing when to follow and how to support effectively, and how to adapt to different roles in various situations. Also followership is not just about accepting orders. As Robert Kelley states, 'Effective followers are as important as effective leaders.'
In this high-energy outdoor experience, you’ll gain insights into both leadership as courageous followership. You will learn how to step into followership with awareness and confidence. You will discover obstacles that might hold you back from embraching leadership or followership in different circumstances.
So put on your sturdy shoes, roll up your sleeves, and embrace the challenge of bold leadership and courageous followership!
