Leadership in Turbulent Environments

Training overview

Crew Resource Management (CRM) is a set of training procedures originally developed for aviation. It focuses on interpersonal communication, leadership and effective decision making in the cockpit. The objective of CRM is to enhance the communication and management skills of flight crew members to achieve a safe and efficient operation. Our unique Leadership in Turbulent Environments training improves leadership capabilities. We’ve taken the best procedures from Crew Resource Management (CRM) and translated them into easy-to-apply principles that will improve your communication and leadership skills.

The first two modules combine theory and engaging exercises. In day 3, you will be briefed by an airline pilot to take the controls and fly a professional Boeing 737 full-motion flight-simulator. The simulator provides a fail-safe pressure-cooker environment where you can apply the learnings of this training – and will experience the consequences of your decisions first-hand.
