Impact on well-being via WHM

Training overview

In this highly changing and fast-moving world, organizations and their people are required to move faster and faster to keep up and lead the way. Only in this way can a strategic advantage be achieved and maintained. This requires healthy, happy, and inspired people at all levels in an organization. This starts with personal leadership by setting a good example and taking the lead yourself.

“It’s only after you’ve stepped outside your comfort zone that you begin to change, grow, and transform.”
– Roy T. Bennett

During the various workshops, we will playfully discover what your body can do. Which switches are on, which are off, and who has control over them. The inspiration series is based on the foundations of the Wim Hof Method (WHM):

  1. Breathing,
  2. Focus,
  3. Cold experience (e.g., ice bath).

The ice bath is also used as a metaphor for taking on other challenges. The better you can deal with this, the happier you will be. This increases your own adaptivity (AQ) in daily life.

Which ice baths do you run into in your (working) life?

Target audience

Find your natural balance, scale your own adaptivity quotient and be happy, healthy, and strong.

The Impact on well-being workshops has been developed for people new to this area and would like to join us on a journey of discovery to experience the power of the Wim Hof Method. Under the motto everything is possible, and nothing must be done, we will discover together safely how we can do other things differently and how we can also do things differently.

You may wonder what all of this will bring you. You can always do more than you think you can do.

"Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience."
- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Learning objectives

Experience your own superpowers, during the three workshops, and opportunities for the rest of your live.

The objectives of the workshop will unlock a multitude of benefits:

  • More self-confidence and experiencing inner peace,
  • Enhanced creativity and heightened focus,
  • More energy, vitality, and increased willpower,
  • Better stamina and quality of sleep,
  • Improved sports performance and faster recovery,
  • A stronger immune system and less susceptibility to viruses.

Program

During the inspiration series, we go through our BAS phases in the three sessions, to ensure that, in addition to experiencing and discovering, we also embed what we have learned in daily life. Below you will find the global agenda for the three evenings and based on the situation we adapt to maximize the experience for all participants.

Evening 1: Tuesday May 6th
Advanced introduction to the Wim Hof Method included several experiences including mindset and breathing exercises.

Day 2: Saturday May 24th, all day at Beekbergen (Veluwe)

  • Deepening your own Welfare and the WHM experience included deepening breathing and mindset exercises and the first ice bath experience.
  • Strengthening and enriching what has been learned included several in-depth experiences about the three foundations of the WHM.

Prior to and between the various sessions, the participants receive short homework assignments to prepare in their own time and at their own pace and to get started with what they have learned.

The Location

The full-day workshop will take place at Roy and Judith's own Bee Building in Beekbergen. They will warmly welcome you to their home, where they also keep bees. Surrounded by the serene forests of the Veluwe, this special place in nature allows us to embrace the environment and cultivate a hive mindset for growth.

"The wisest and noblest teacher is nature itself."
– Leonardo da Vinci
