Unlock the power of creativity! This training track empowers you to maximize team performance and harness group creativity. Through hands-on sessions, participants will blend creative thinking with servant leadership to elevate both personal and group outcomes.
Target audience
Technical professionals in their second or third year of a Development Program who are eager to expand their creativity, leadership, and team facilitation skills to drive greater impact in their careers.

- Techniques for effective use of group creativity.
Evening 2: Thursday April 10th: Facilitating Creative Processes in Groups
- Recognize optimal moments for creative approaches.
- Manage stakeholders during creative group sessions.
- Design impactful, goal-oriented creative sessions.
Evening 3: Thursday May 15th: Tools for Leading High-Impact Sessions
- Techniques to get groups into a creative mindset.
- Practical ideation methods to generate groundbreaking ideas.
- Exercises to transform innovative ideas into actionable plans.
Evening 4: Thursday June 5th: Integrating Creative Leadership
- Practice facilitation skills in a live group setting.
- Participate in peer learning and exchange practical tips for future sessions.
- Outline next steps for personal leadership development.
Practical information
- Training track duration - Each module lasts three hours, with a short break halfway. Modules are spaced three to four weeks apart, allowing participants time to apply and refine their new skills on the job.
- Peer Learning - participants are encouraged to pair with a buddy to schedule evaluation time between modules, fostering continuous learning and feedback.
Trainer
Thomas Platzer – Austrian-born entrepreneur and expert in innovation. Originally a TU Delft engineer, Thomas transitioned from computer modeling to stand-up comedy, learning invaluable lessons in creativity and personal growth. Today, he combines structured engineering methods with creative insights, helping others access and refine their creative abilities.
