Stijn Berden, founder & co-owner Bright society

As a mechanical engineer I always loved and will love technology. After completing my masters in Innovation Sciences I got interested in the ecosystem of technology development and more particular in the human capital which is involved. I always like to serve and facilitate people. This is the driving force in my life and brought me where I am right now, in my own authentic way. When I was twenty years old, I knew that one day I would start a cool company. As a student I was already running a small business together with my brother. However, after completing my education, I decided to first gain experience in the field of Research & Development and later in human resources. After a successful career so far, I was facing the fear of turning 40, the ultimate reason to do what I always dreamt about! 😉 That's where we founded Bright society. With this new initiative I wanted to create a society rather than a company in which young talented people can experience the true value of servant leadership. That’s where I stand for, every day.
